At ORBIAS Academy, all purchases are for digital content and services that are made available immediately upon successful payment. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making any purchase.
No Refund Policy
All sales on the ORBIAS Academy Platform are final. No refunds are provided once payment is confirmed and access to the purchased programme or content is granted, since digital content is made available to the student immediately upon purchase.
This policy applies to all products:
• ATLAS — Chapter-wise Prelims Tests (₹25 per chapter)
• MAPS-GS — General Studies Weekly Test Series (₹6,500)
• MAPS-CSAT — CSAT Weekly Test Series (₹5,000)
• PRISM Phase 1 — Integrated Mentorship Programme (₹45,000)
• PRISM Phase 2 — Integrated Mentorship Programme (₹45,000)
Exception — Technical Failure
The no-refund policy does not apply in cases where the service was never delivered due to a verified technical failure on our end — for example, where payment was successfully deducted but access was never granted despite repeated attempts.
In such cases:
• The student must contact us within 48 hours of the payment at contact@orbiasacademy.in or 8555077789
• We will investigate and either restore access within 24 hours or process a full refund within 7 working days
• Proof of payment (transaction ID or screenshot) must be provided
Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made for the same product due to a technical error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 7 working days upon verification. Please contact us immediately with transaction details.
No Refunds for Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds for:
• Change of mind after purchase
• Dissatisfaction with content after access has been granted
• Failure to complete the programme within the access period
• Inability to access the Platform due to the student’s own technical issues (device, browser, internet connectivity)
• Expiry of access period
