Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the ORBIAS Academy platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Platform.
About ORBIAS Academy
ORBIAS Academy is an online UPSC Civil Services examination preparation platform operated by Raja Sekhar Dodda, based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We offer digital learning products including ATLAS (chapter-wise Prelims tests), MAPS-GS, MAPS-CSAT (weekly Prelims test series), and PRISM (integrated mentorship programme).
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register on our Platform and make purchases. By registering, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Account Responsibilities
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your login details with any other person
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately at contact@orbiasacademy.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account
Access to Content
Upon successful payment, you will be granted access to the purchased programme as follows:
• ATLAS: Single-use access per chapter. Each chapter test can be attempted once. Repurchase is required to retake.
• MAPS-GS and MAPS-CSAT: Unlimited attempts within the batch period. Access expires on the batch end date.
• PRISM Phase 1 and Phase 2: Unlimited attempts for a period of two years from the date of purchase, or until the batch end date, whichever is earlier.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ORBIAS Academy Platform — including but not limited to test questions, blueprints, study materials, explanations, videos, and design — is the exclusive intellectual property of ORBIAS Academy and Raja Sekhar Dodda. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the content solely for your personal UPSC preparation.
You may not:
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any content from the Platform
• Screenshot, record, or transmit any protected content to third parties
• Use any content for commercial purposes
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract content from the Platform
Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your access without refund and may attract legal action under applicable Indian law.
Watermarked Content
Study materials and blueprints accessed through the PRISM programme are digitally watermarked with your personal details (name, phone, and email). Any unauthorised sharing of watermarked content will be traceable to your account. ORBIAS Academy reserves the right to terminate access and pursue legal remedies in such cases.
Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other students’ accounts or content
• Upload or transmit any harmful, offensive, or malicious content
• Interfere with the operation of the Platform or its security features
• Impersonate any person or entity
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we strive to maintain uninterrupted service, we do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of data due to technical failures beyond our control.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ORBIAS Academy and Raja Sekhar Dodda shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of access, or failure to achieve any examination result.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify registered students of material changes via email.
